B.A. (Bachelor in Arts)
Duration:- 3 Years (System:-Semester)
Eligibility:
Admission to B.A. Part- I course (Semester-1) is open to any candidate who:

• has passed 10+2 examination of the Punjab School Education Board or any other Board Examination recognized as equivalent thereto; OR
• has passed pre-Engineering/Pre-Medical/B.A. Part - I/B.Sc. Part-I/B.Com. Part - I (old scheme) examination of the University or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto or Intermediate examination of Panjab University or any other statutory University, Board or Three Years Diploma in Engineering; OR
• has been declared to have reappear/compartment in one subject in 10+2 examination of Punjab School Education Board or any other board.

 
B.Com. (Bachelor of Commerce)
Duration:- 3 Years (System:-Semester)
B.Com. is an integrated course each comprising three parts spread over three years. Each part will consist of two semesters.
Eligibility :
Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with at least:

• 40% marks in the aggregate in case of students who have passed 10+2 in commerce group OR
• 45% marks in the aggregate in case of students who have passed 10+2 in Humanities group with at least two out of commerce/Accounts/Maths/Economics/Management papers OR
• 50% marks in the aggregate in case of students who have passed 10+2 but not covered under (1) and (2) above.

 
BBA (Bachelor of Business Applications)
Duration:- 3 Years (System:-Semester)
BBA is an integrated course each comprising three parts spread over three years. Each part will consist of two semesters.
Eligibility :

• Passed 10+2 examination of P.S.E.B. or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto.

 
 M.Com. (Masters of Commerce)
Duration:- 2 Years (System:-Semester)
M.Com. is an integrated course each comprising two parts spread over two years. Each part will consist of two semesters.
Eligibility :

• B.Com., B.B.A., B.M.I.T., B.Com. (Professional) and B.F Com. (Accounting & Finance) examinations with at least 50% marks in the aggregate from Punjabi University or any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by the Academic Council.

 
PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications)
Duration:- 1 Years (System:-Semester)
In order to impart basic fundamental knowledge of computers, PGDCA course is articulately designed to give a practical exposure to students, so that they can utilize this knowledge in the highly competitive IT world.
Eligibility :

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.

 
MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
Duration:- 3 Years (System:-Semester)
Primary focus of MCA Program is to deliver technically competent Computer Professionals, who are well equipped with the latest theoretical perspectives and also have practical knowledge as an edge, to enter the workforce as productive employees.
Eligibility :

• Bachelor's degree( 10+2+3) in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate (45% in case of Scheduled caste/ Tribes). The Candidates must have passed senior secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination or higher degree examination with Mathematics/ Statistics as a compulsory paper.

 
M.Sc (IT) Master of Science (Information Technology)
Duration:- 2 Years (System:-Semester)
The examination for the degree of M.Sc (IT) Masters in Science (Information Technology) shall consist of two parts spread over 2 years having 4 semesters.
Eligibility :

• BCA with 50% marks or PGDCA with 50% marks (with three years graduation) or 3-Year graduation with 50% marks with one of the following major elective subject like computer Science/IT/Computer Applications or any equivalent subject,in each year.

 
BCA-MCA (Dual Degree)
Duration:- 5 Years (System:-Semester)
BCA-MCA dual degree is an integrated course comprising 10 semesters spread over 5 years.
Eligibility :

• Passed 10+2 examination of PSEB or any equivalent examination with percentage & subject combination as prescribed by Punjabi University, Patiala.

 
BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
Duration:- 3 Years (System:-Semester)

• BCA Program lays emphasis on developing 10+2 students into potential Computer Professionals to work in the IT firm and also to give a sound knowledge base to the students, so that they can go in for higher level of studies like MCA & MBA on the basis of a sound footing given in the BCA program.

Eligibility :

• Passed 10+2 examination of P.S.E.B. or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto.

 
M.Sc. IT- (Lateral Entry) Master of Science (Information Technology)
Duration:- 1 Years (System:-Semester)
The candidate gets admission through lateral entry in M.Sc.(IT)-II after passing PGDCA examination . They are required to clear exams of deficient papers of M.Sc. (IT) 1st year.
Eligibility :

• PGDCA from a recognized university with 50% marks.
